AT STERLING AUDIO ENTERTAINMENT, WE PROMISE A SMOOTH PROCESS TO MEET YOUR ENTERTAINMENT NEEDS. WITH OUR STANDARDIZED 10 STEP PROCESS, WE HAVE PERFECTED OUR PLANNING TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE. WE WORK WITH OUR CUSTOMERS THROUGH EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS TO GATHER ALL OF THEIR PARTY NEEDS. WE SET CLEAR EXPECTATIONS, KEEP OUR PROMISES, AND PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL OF OUR WEDDING EVENTS

CONTACT US WITH YOUR PARTY NEEDS. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO GIVE US A CALL, VISIT OUR CONTACT US PAGE, OR DROP US A LINE TO OUR EMAIL ADDRESS. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR EVENT DATE SO WE CAN CONFIRM ONE OF OUR EXPERIENCED DJ'S IS AVAILABLE. THIS IS THE FIRST STEP OF YOUR UNIQUE EXPERIENCE WITH MKE DJ.

WE WILL RESPOND TO ALL INQUIRES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECIEVING YOUR REQUEST. BY CHOOSING MKE DJ, YOU ARE CHOOSING A SMOOTH PROCESS FROM THE VERY FIRST INQUIRY FOR INFORMATION. WE PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, AND HOLD OURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE TO MAKING YOUR ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE UNFORGETTABLE.

ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR SERVICES. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE IT IS CLEAR THAT OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE A COMPELTE UNDERSTANDING OF OUR PRODUCT OFFERINGS. WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE PHOTOS, REFERENCES, AND EXAMPLES OF THE SERVICES WE OFFER.

CONFIRM AND SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE. ONCE ALL QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED ABOUT OUR SERVICES, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO MOVE FORWARD AND SIGN OUR ENTERTAINMENT CONTRACT. UNTIL THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED AND THE DEPOSIT IS RECIEVED, AND STERLING AUDIO ENTERTAINMENT, WE CAN NOT HOLD YOUR SPOT ON OUR CALENDER.
STEP 5

ONCE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED, WE WILL BEGIN TO WORK WITH YOU THE TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR EVENT EXPERIENCE. WE WILL PROVIDE INFORMATIONAL FORMS TO START GATHERING DETAILS ABOUT YOUR EVENT AND HOW YOU WOULD LIKE MKE DJ TO MAKE IT UNFORGETTABLE. WE GO OVER ALL ASPECTS OF THE ENTERTIANMENT. THIS INCLUDES PLAYLISTS, DONT PLAYLISTS, UPLIGHT COLORS, PHOTOBOOTH DETAILS, AND MUCH MORE. THESE DETAILS ARE ALL DECIDED BY YOU . WE ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO PROVIDE AS MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT AS POSSIBLE. WE ARE HAPPY TO HAVE YOU PROVIDE ALL THE ENTERTAINMENT DETAILS FOR THE NIGHT, OR LET ONE OF OUR EXPERIENCED DJ'S SUGGEST ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS FOR YOUR NEEDS.
STEP 6

AFTER GATHERING ALL THE EVENT DETAILS, WE WILL CONFIRM ALL DECISIONS AGREED UPON BY THE CUSTOMER, AND BY MKE DJ. WE WILL PROVIDE A SUMMARY OF THE EVENT DETAILS TO THE CUSTOMER. WE WILL PROVIDE A TIMELINE OF YOUR EVENT AND FINALIZE ALL THE EVENT DETAILS.
STEP 7

PRE EVENT CHECK LIST. 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, WE WILL SEND A FINALIZED PLAN FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT. THIS PLAN WILL BE THE GUIDELINE FOR YOUR EVENTS ENTERTAINMENT. WE FINALIZE THIS INFORMATION AS CLOSE TO THE EVENT DAY AS POSSIBLE INCASE CUSTOMERS HAVE LAST MINUTE CHANGES, OR WOULD LIKE TO ADD NEW MEDIA TO THEIR PLAYLISTS.
STEP 8

SET UP. WE WILL SET UP OUR EQUIPMENT AS DESCRIBED IN OUR ENTERTAINMENT PLAN.
STEP 9

PLAYING THE EVENT! THIS IS THE MOMENT THAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR. BECAUSE OF OUR STANDARDIZED PROCESS, AND OUR ATTENTION TO DETAIL, THIS WILL BE THE MOST ENJOYABLE STEP IN OUR PROCESS. WE WILL COME PREPARED, AND DELIVER THE EXACT EXPERIENCE THAT YOU THE CUSTOMER REQUESTED.
STEP 10

TEAR DOWN, AND FOLLOW UP. AT THE END OF YOUR EVENT, WE WILL TEAR DOWN ALL OF OUR EQUIPMENT. AT THIS POINT, THE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE. WE WILL FOLLOW UP AFTER YOUR EVENT FOR A QUICK SURVEY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE.
